www.bandoverboston.com is up!
It’s a temporary form I threw together using iWeb. You might recognize the layout – yeah, it’s exactly the layout idea sketch I uploaded a couple days ago. I just erased the hand-written link ideas (I had to actually search the web and try a few different websites to find a program with which I could point-click erase and draw, like Paint – are stock imaging programs forgetting their roots?) and typed some in with fonts from www.dafont.com. I used a fill tool to add the sky color, but, by happy accident, the program read the discrepancies in paper color due to erasure marks and minor folds in the paper as different colors, and the sky came out that patchy blue.
It’s a relief to know we have one easy www to send people to, but the final website is still in development.
We’ll still be uploading a few different layout ideas to Facebook and to the website for comments and voting, so stay tuned!
